I've been procrastinating so much that I haven't updated my LJ since Tuesday! D:
Well let's try and catch up on what I've been up to this past week.
I actually went out on Wednesday night with pureaddiction and layarda.
I finally saw Watchmen in theatres and it was fucking awesome!
I have yet to get very far into the graphic novel, I read through page 29.
However, from what I've read so far even before seeing the film it's fantastic.
I especially love to hate Rorschach, he's very entertaining and along with the Comedian remind me of rongravy.
I remember reading Rorschach's journal entry at the beginning of the book and damn, I just find the similarities to be a riot! XD
So in summary, I'm going to continue reading the graphic novel and look into seeing Watchmen a second-time, maybe even convince my Mom to see it!
I've been editing this damn entry so much, that it's nearly 3pm and I was hoping to go out with my Mom today.

My username rinygrin happens to be a nickname of mine that I've had for several years now.
Well, the first part of my username is "Riny".
With my first name happens to be Erin, take off the E, and instead put a "y" the at the end of Rin, to sound like "Rin-e" (I've always wanted to figure out what the proper accent would be for that, to pronounce it properly.
Anyway, as for the end of my username: Grin, that's actually from Rupert Grint's last name, hehe don't ask why.
So it's just "grin", and I guess giving a very happy/pleasant sounding username in all.

What's very strange though, I'm a fan of Tiny Tim and people tend to notice the similarities between his stage name and mine, which is pretty cool but I didn't know of him prior to making up that nickname.

Sometimes people tend to mispronounce but it's not a pet peeve of mine, but I don't see how they would come to the conclusion that I would name myself "Rhineygrin" for instance. That just makes me laugh, but you know what that's perfectly okay! XD

I'm more of a realist, although I sway between being optimistic and pessimistic on certain things.

Yes, nerd_bomber_ben spoiled the ending of The Curious Case of Benjamin Button for me and schantrac.
That pissed me off, but I'm still wanting to see it anyway.
I got spoiled on the whole SNAPE KILLS DUMBLEDORE through a comment on ohnotheydidnt right after the book was released. I didn't bother reading it until the last one came out, and I thought "Oh, well that was pretty lame of me to be mopey about reading The Half-Blood Prince, because there is more to it then just the death scene".
So yeah, and I'm not for spoiling people.
